Online Harassment Training
Geared toward managers, yet suitable for all employees, this course was designed by certified HR professionals to help employers comply with California and Connecticut harassment training requirements. This 2-hour course covers all the major areas of workplace harassment law. Interactive exercises based on real-life scenarios allow participants to gain crucial knowledge in an engaging manner. Students of the course will learn their responsibilities in maintaining a harassment-free workplace and master techniques for properly handling harassment problems.
Passing final test on the do's and don'ts of harassment situations will give students a certificate of mastery which can also be used for tracking purposes.

| EEO & Affirmative Action Training for Managers and Supervisors |
Reduce liability and eliminate employee misconceptions of these important programs.
This unique, online training piece is designed with non-HR managers and supervisors in mind. Taking approximately one hour to complete, the course gives a concise introduction to the major elements of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action showing what each program is and is not.
Certificates are generated for each employee who successfully completes the course completion survey. This survey requires managers to acknowledge their responsibilities as managers under EEO and Affirmative Action laws. (The survey questions are phrased in such a way that the employee will not be able to claim ignorance of anti-discrimination laws.)
Topics discussed include: Affirmative Action goals, harassment, discrimination, illegal interview questions, and fair performance appraisals. Each chapter is followed by a five-question review to reinforce the main points of the lesson.
The course is divided into five chapters:
